Family-owned and operated Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings now offers much more than just flooring. In business for 29 years, it has recently expanded to offer kitchen and bath design.

“We’ve opened up our kitchen and bath design studio in Old Bridge,” says Cindy Braunstein, flooring design consultant, and a member of the family. “We have four locations, and right now the kitchen and bath studios are in our Edison and Old Bridge stores. The plan is to bring them to our Fairfield and Lawrenceville locations as well.”

Worldwide offers everything from cabinetry, countertops, sinks and hardware to backsplashes and tile. For the bath, customers can choose built-in vanities that are like pieces of furniture, as well as freestanding vanities. And of course, they offer a wide variety of flooring.

“It’s really a one-stop shop for your complete renovation,” she says. “You can do everything here, from concept to completion.” Some of the quality brands offered include Fieldstone, Silestone, Cambria and Fairmont.

Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings also has in-store designers. “We have wonderful designers who can help you put all of this together, which is probably one of the most difficult parts of the process,” says Cindy.

“It’s not just picking the right products, but making sure you have a design that makes sense and works for your family.”

“We offer personalized attention,” she says. “We can do the whole process, and you’re able to have one point person to guide you through your entire project. I believe that a kitchen is the heart of the home and probably one of the most important rooms in your home, so it’s critical to make sure you’re making the right decisions.”

Since it’s also a big investment, the designers can guide you in choosing what’s best for you depending on how your family lives, how it functions, and what’s meaningful to you. Since this differs for everyone, the designers listen to your needs, and no matter the size of your kitchen, ensure that you can get all of the things you want into your space. Cindy says it’s really the whole package that makes the project successful.

Worldwide prices are very competitive. She states that a lot of time and care goes into selecting suppliers to make sure they have something for every budget.

“We have all levels of price, so you can find what you need for sure,” says Nervin Salib, one of the certified kitchen and bath designers.

Once everything is chosen, having it installed properly makes all the difference for a beautiful end result. “We have amazing craftsmen who do our installations, but if you’re working with a contractor and would like to have them to do the installation, we can work that way as well,” says Cindy.

“And, if there is ever an issue, all you have to do is reach out to us. We’re very accessible and we really care about our customers. That’s why we’ve been in business for 29 years.”
