Mt. Horeb Volunteer Fire Company No.2 Warren Township Fire Department
The Mt. Horeb Volunteer Fire Company in Warren is trying to reach its goal of equipping the fire engine with life-saving vehicle extrication equipment. They have multiple fire fighters trained on vehicle extrication but no equipment within the fire company with which to train or carry out the mission. The goal is to provide the fire engine with the capability of responding to trapped individuals on the section of RT 78 which is junctions 33 through 36 as well as all the roads within town. Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.)
Garden State C.O.P.S. New Jersey C.O.P.S. Chapter provides resources to assist in the rebuilding of the lives of surviving families and affected co-workers of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty as determined by Federal criteria. Furthermore, C.O.P.S. provides training to law enforcement agencies on survivor victimization issues and educates the public of the need to support the law enforcement profession and its survivors.
Garden State C.O.P.S. is a New Jersey Chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc., also known as C.O.P.S., is a nationwide non-profit 501(c) (3) organization providing resources to assist in the rebuilding of the lives of survivors of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty as determined by Federal government criteria.

The Associated Humane Societies, founded in 1906, is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey. The Society comprise three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls .The Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds. For more information go to
