Susan Cox was educated in Fine Arts at California State University Long Beach and lived in England for 14 years where she painted and exhibited in galleries in the London and Oxfordshire areas. Her work has been featured in the Federation of British Artists, Britain in Watercolors exhibitionat the prestigious Mall Galleries in London.
National and regional publications have featured Susan’s work and ABC television’s Wide World of Sports highlighted an opening segment with her illustration. Exhibitions at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center – The Art of the Automobile, the Newport Beach Concours de Elegance, the Laguna Beach Festival of Arts and the Peterson Automotive Museum have showcased her work.
Susan has also held exhibitions at 2010 Tell A Story – Segil Fine Arts Gallery, Monrovia, California with other artists. In 2009 she taught plein-air painting at the Oceanside’s Museum of Art’s School of Art. Susan has been a juror at Laguna Beach Festival of Arts and has had several shows in her career including Affaire in the Gardens Show in Beverly Hills, One Woman Show at the Laguna Art Museum show at the St. Regis Resort in Laguna Beach. In addition her work has been showcased at the Louis Aronow Gallery in San Francisco, Sausalito and galleries in the Napa Valley.
