Libasé Salon & Spa Suites

Libasé Salon & Spa Suites in Warren has a long-standing reputation for high-quality services and products. Clients enjoy its relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, complete with soft music and beautiful décor.

Naz, the owner, has extensive experience in the beauty industry, and being a business owner has been a dream come true for her. Now, she wants to share her success with others.

Instead of hiring more employees, she will allow independent hair stylists and spa practitioners to rent spa suites and hair styling chairs in her incredible space. “Today, many people want to have their own suites and/or chairs, and run their own businesses, but they can’t afford to buy a building like I did,” says Naz. “So, I’m converting my salon to fit a new business model - BE YOUR OWN BOSS!”

While independent salon suites have been around for some time, there are many advantages to renting in an established, upscale salon and spa such as Libasé. “Here, the clients will still get the same experience,” she says. “With other independent salon suites, the operator and client are usually confined to one room, and there is no interaction with others. It can be very isolating.”

While spa services will still be performed in suites, hair and nail services will take place right in the open salon space. Manicure/ pedicure stations are also available to rent.

At Libasé, they can enjoy the camaraderie of speaking with others instead of being in a small room, which can feel claustrophobic. Another advantage is that the independent contractors and their clients can relax in the coffee/lunch area or on the small patio before or after their appointments. And speaking of appointments, Libasé can also assist with scheduling.

“Operators can have their own salon software on their phone or iPad so their clients can contact them directly, but when new clients call the main salon to book an appointment, I can give that person to whichever operator offers that service and has availability,” says Naz.

While stylists and practitioners should initially bring their own clients, this system allows them to build their clientele base. “In a big suite building where there are 35 or 40 rooms and nobody knows who’s next door, there’s no way people are going to be able to easily build up their clientele,” she says. “Here, they will be in a modern and nice salon.” There is also ample parking, which is very convenient.

Additionally, a menu of services will be listed, along with the providers available to offer them. “We’ll list their names with their specialties or services, along with their room numbers or chair numbers,” says Naz.

Libasé offers a wide range of services, including hair styling, makeup application, facial massage, healing treatments, lash extensions, manicures, pedicures, and bridal services.

This is another advantage for clients. “They want to experience other services under one roof,” she says. “For example, while they’re getting color, they can also get their nails done.”

Naz is excited to offer others in the beauty industry this opportunity to truly grow their businesses and earn a good income. Rents vary depending on room sizes for spa treatments, while chairs for stylists start at $299 a week.

“If people are booking, say $2,000 a week, and paying only $375 a week in rent, the rest of the money goes into their pocket instead of working in a salon as an employee where they are only getting generally paid 50% commission.”
